Royal London Asset Management successfully retains signatory status to the 2020 UK Stewardship Code

We’re proud to share that Royal London Asset Management has retained its signatory status in the Financial Reporting Council’s (FRC) UK Stewardship Code, following the submission of our 2024 Stewardship and Responsible Investment Report. We have been a committed signatory since the Code’s inception in 2010.

As we look ahead to the FRC’s upcoming revisions, we remain dedicated to evolving our practices and leading with purpose – ensuring our stewardship approach continues to deliver long-term value for our clients and society.

In 2024, we:

• Voted at 3,583 shareholder meetings
• Did not auto-vote. A member of the Responsible Investment team looks at every single vote and makes a decision working with the investment teams
