Legal entity types

Use this guide to identify the legal entity type that best describes the organisation making the application. The entity type should reflect the organisation’s legal structure and regulatory status, rather than simply its business activity. If more than one definition appears relevant, refer to the organisation’s constitutional or registration documents.

Important: These summaries are intended to help identification. They do not replace the full legal or due-diligence definitions used during verification.
